Primary acceptable forms of contact are phone calls, email, and text messages.
Secondary acceptable forms of contact are social media inboxes (I.E., DM for Instagram/Messenger for Facebook and WhatsApp.
Secondary forms of contact our not subject to meet our expected response timeframe standard of 24-48 hours as these are "Apps" that can sometimes have glitches or a faulty server which are external forces that can cause unwarranted delays in us getting back to you. To avoid this, please contact us through "Primary" methods of contact as listed above. We are always eager in reaching you as soon as we possibly can and get you squared away in an timely and orderly fashion.
We will initiate contact within normal business hours (9am EST-5pm EST Monday to Friday) and will continue to adhere to those hours unless otherwise deemed acceptable by you the client on which our team will upon verbal/written consent, be willing to work outside these hours.
Please respect weekends in which our team members are not required by our tax firm to respond back promptly as they are entitled to take a much needed tax (solving) break too and be better equipped to work on your tax break too!
Please appreciate and be mindful should one of our tax professionals choose to go above and beyond in service and dedication to you and answer you outside of business hours. We also reward and appreciate this behavior from our team members.
Should there be a pressing and urgent, time-sensitive concern, please email us to our general support line, support@donerightnationaltax.com and you should expect a response from our team within the hour. Phone calls and texts will not be subject to this method of expedited response during weekends/holidays.
Engaging with our tax firm, we are only here to provide tax advice and not legal advice. Should you need to consult with a tax attorney, you will be referred to one upon request.
If you are kindly referring any family/friends, we are required to get into direct contact with that individual and will not be discussing any private or financial information with you as the point of contact unless otherwise authorized (in writing) by your referral. Only exception is you are legally married to the person. No exceptions.
You are required to review, sign and acknowledge our "Annual Engagement Letter" prior to filing. This document will legally state and confirm your intent and authorization of using our tax firm's services as well as reiterate our level of expectation as far as the submission of ALL and complete as well as honest and unforged tax documents.
